Job Description:

  1. Sales representative/Sales Assistant is responsible for presenting our company to potential and/or existing customers and prospects by marketing and selling products and services.
  2. Develop parts programs to market to repair, and refurbishment companies. Reaching business targets by focusing on effective management of time and designated territories with physical visits to customer sites on a regular basis.
  3. This individual will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with new customers through marking researching or cold calling continually maintaining a professional image of the company.
  4. Integrity, passion, and in-person presentational skills are essential for this role.


  1. Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase sales revenue, by internet researching and ecommerce platform or cold calling.
  2. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss payment terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  3. Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  4. Conduct sales calls per week by physical visits to customer and actively manage call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner.
  5. Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
  6. Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
  7. Join industry shows to collect industry information and catch latest industry trends, expand the networking, and develop new customers.
  8. Periodically conduct information-only presentations, such as seminars, trade show demonstrations, and other efforts.
  9. Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.
  10. Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  11. Reporting to manager weekly strategy, and opportunities that are uncovered during the sales / prospect visits.


  • University or college degree in Marketing, Sales Management are preferred.
  • 2 years of direct work experience in an external IT hardware and services sales capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
    Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic. English is required. Chinese preferred.
